As the President and Founder of Top Down Leadership Advisors (TDL), Pamela Marte Miller Leads the organization with a firm hand. She carefully vets each new member of the team before they join TDL and makes sure that their skill set will satisfy a need of her clients.

Pamela began TDL because she repeatedly found that her clients from Inside/Out Coaching Services needed a more well-rounded solution. She began to envision TDL as that 360 degree solution that many high level executives needed but didn’t themselves realize they were missing. Pamela saw TDL as the answer that many companies could rely on as a partner that could become a touchstone for them and repeated work could be performed with new hires in a shorthand dialog between TDL and the Company.

We are a company built on the premise that there is no problem that cannot be solved. We are a group of professionals that have come together to share our specific skills to help companies and corporations to overcome the problems and issues that are holding them back from achieving the success that they desire. Each of us come from different backgrounds and bring to the table different skills that, when combined, can solve any problem or remove any road block that a company may be facing.

Because each of us approach an issue from a different place, none of our solutions are ever the same and therefore each solution is unique to the company and situation at hand. There are no cookie cutter problems and we do not provide cookie cutter solutions. Every solution we provide is specific to the problem or issue and the company or individual.
