About Pamela Marte Miller
Pamela Marte Miller has more than 30 years’ experience in sales, personal coaching, sales training, education program development, transition coaching and management. As a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) Pamela works with executives, teams, entrepreneurs, individuals in transition and non-profits. Before transitioning to Top Down Leadership Advisors, Pamela owned and operated Inside/Out Coaching Services.
During her 16 year career in a major corporation, Pamela gained a broad perspective in business from several different angles. Having worked in 3 major markets: Chicago, New York and San Francisco, she gained insight into the workings business as conducted not only on both coasts, but in the middle of the country as well.
Throughout her career, Pamela has focused on helping professionals to advance their careers and achieving their personal and professional objectives through a combination of coaching and consulting. By using proven results-driven techniques to help her clients improve their position and accomplish their goals.
By working with sales teams, Pamela is able to consistently improve her clients’ sales numbers. Providing sales techniques that change the sales process to a relationship/problem solving process successfully changes the dynamic between salesman and customer.
Over the ten years Pamela has been working with several non-profits, and has found the work to be not only exciting but rewarding as well. Many of the issues that face non-profits mirror the issues found in corporate America, so Pamela’s skills are a perfect fit to help these organizations to overcome their obstacles and achieve their objectives.
In addition to her busy schedule as a coach and business advisor, Pamela also is a sought after motivational speaker who speaks on topics relevant to business and individual growth and potential.
When not running TDL or working with clients, Pamela enjoys working out, gardening and travelling with her husband.
